My name is Yongqing (Jackie). I am a UX Designer based in the Netherlands.

My passion lies in crafting inclusive products & interactions that empower people in their daily life.

My biggest design strength is that I like to learn from users  through both quantitative and qualitative methods, and translate their needs into creative design solutions. I have excellent drawing skills that allow me to visualize concepts and user scenarios.
